Directions:

Today is my first day using it and i can tell you that i am less nervous anxious than usual. so far i have not gotten worked up over anything stupid which usually leads me to being really anxious, irritable, and using OCD habits to calm myself down. Which reminds me that today i didnt spend my day cleaning and organizing...Hmmm.. this might be a miracle supplement. Im hoping this result will continue so that i can live my life the way i want to and have fun. I highly recommend.

Love this stuff. I take one tablet before bed, and sleep like a baby.Wake up cheery. I'm more clear minded and calm, and while I haven't lost my appetite completely, I am less likely to bing on the bad stuff. Major thumbs up!
