Q: How much is shipping?
A: The shipping fee will be calculated according the weight of the products. Please refer to the automatic calculation for U.S. domestic shipping cost and international shipping cost will be confirmed by email.
Q: How soon will you process my order?
A: Any order placed before 11am PST will be processed on the same day, orders made after 11am will be processed on the next day. We don't ship on weekends or holidays. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing your order. All shipping times and dates are subject to changes without notice.
Q: How long will it take for the product to arrive to my front door?
A: It usually takes about 5-7 business days to receive your order. International orders can take up to 2-3 weeks.
Q: Can I get my order faster?
You can select Next day Air, 2-day or 3-day shipping. Please note if you place your order on Friday and choose Next Day Air Shipping, the order will be delivered on the following Monday, (NOT Saturday). If you do need Saturday Delivery, please pay $15 extra and call in for the order.
Q: Can I ship to an address that is not my billing address?
A: We normally take orders that ship to an address that is different from the billing address. But those orders are subject to further verification.
Q: Will I be able to track my package?
A: Yes, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number after your order is shipped. And you can track your package using the tracking number provided.

Q: Do you offer a guarantee?
A: Some manufactures provide warranty on their products, but they must be contacted directly.
Q: What if I get the product and don't like it?
A: Return can be made within 30 days after shipment. Please contact us before returning the product.
Opened items cannot be returned. If you already opened the product and do not like the flavor or is not effective to you, please contact the manufacture directly.
Q: What do I have to do in order to return the product to you?
A: Please give us a call before you return the product to us, we will let you know the return procedure at that time.
Q: Will I get a refund?
A: You will get a refund for the product cost. Shipping and Handling is not refundable if the product is free from defectiveness.
Q: How long will it take for me to get a refund?
A: Once we received your returned order, we will issue a refund.
