I just got this A-AKG powder and tried it (1 scoop) in some water 1 hour before my workout and being a skeptic that I am, it had to really impress me. Boy, did it...I usually huff and puff after a set of heavy lifting but I noticed I didn't need to this time. The amount of repetitions doubled so I had to increase weight to compensate. I would not bother writing this if it weren't for real. So rarely do products work, so needless to say, I'm stoked !!!
