Our Apple Cider Vinegar is crafted in New Zealand from cold-pressed organic apples and naturally fermented to preserve the 'Mother' of Vinegar, a string of beneficial bacteria, enzymes, proteins and minerals which gives unfiltered ACV its beneficial properties. We never use heat or chemical processing in production so the natural benefits and nutrition remain intact.
