Six softgels supply 1000mg, of which 600mg is CLA. The softgel contains no animal
products. It is plant-derived from safflower oil and palm oil.

Yes i was taking the cla burn fat tone muscle i could move around doing things engage love them getting ready to start but im not going to stop taking them.
