Suggested Use:
As part of your 7-Day Program, take Flor Essence® Herbal Tea Blend according to directions on the instructional booklet inside the box, rather than the actual Flor Essence® label.
For best results, measure 2 tablespoons of Flor-Essence® and dilute with an equal or greater amount of hot, filtered water. Shake well before use. Once opened, keep Flor Essence® refrigerated at all times.
Do not drink directly from the bottle. Keep all products out of the reach of children.
Your daily purification routine:
Morning:
2 tbsp Flor Essence® with water
1 cap Pro Essence® with a warm glass of water.
1 tbsp FloraLax™ -mix well with at least 8 oz liquid
Afternoon:
1 tbsp FloraLax™ -mix well with at least 8 oz liquid
Evening:
2 tbsp Flor Essence® with water
1 cap Pro Essence® with a warm glass of water.
1 tbsp FloraLax™ - mix well with at least 8 oz liquid
Important: Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day while using the Flor Essence® 7-Day Purification Program in order to enhance its effectiveness in flushing out toxins and waste.
Water is called the "universal solvent" because it dissolves more substances than any other liquid. About 33 gallons of fluid pass through your kidneys every day. Water helps us digest our food, control body temperature, transport waste out of the cells and out of the body. Fiber can absorb 10 to 15 times its weight in water, so adding even more fiber to an already dehydrated body will only worsen constipation.
