Suggested Usage:
As a dietary supplement, take 2 tablets daily with meals or on an empty stomach.
Warnings: Persons with a known allergy to shellfish should not use this product.
Due to size of tablet, take with 8 oz. of water or other beverage. As an alternative, NOW also offers Glucosamine and Chondroitin in capsule, powder and liquid form.
