Seed-to-Shelf - We grow our herbs on over 700 acres of clean and green farmland and control our production from seed-to-shelf with no middlemen. Our ingredients are grown using renewable resources with no chemical fertilizers or pesticides. In addition, we adopted over 2,500 farmers providing them with the technology and tools for sustainable farming and guaranteeing them a reliable source of income through our buyback agreements.

Our Research - Renowned for cutting edge research and development of herbal healthcare, Himalaya's R&D facility encompasses over 80,000 square feet of space with a staff of over 190 physicians and scientists with 3 global patents and 25 global patents pending. Research and clinical trials published in various medical journals including European Journal of Pharmacology, Phytotherapy Research, Indian Journal of Clinical Practice and JAMA, India.

Our Respect for Environment and Society - Socially and environmentally conscious, we believe in respecting nature and our society. In addition to various certifications like ISO 14001:2004 for environmental control for land, water and air pollution. We adopted the Soliga Tribe of Southern India and pay 25% above fair market value for their USDA Organic Soliga Forest Honey helping them build a better life for themselves. Himalaya also worked with the US-based Trees For The Future to plant 50,000 trees in India. These trees will remove around 1,240 tons of pollution from the global atmosphere.
