The shipping calculation should be considered as an estimate. The actual shipping charge depends on the total weight and size of the package and destination. We will call or email you the actual shipping fee if needed.
We are not responsible for any of the restrictions, duties, taxes and broker fee collected from your country. While we only use the best shipping companies such as US post office to send the items for your order, customs costs including product return chargebacks and tax will be responsibility of the buyer. Should an item be returned by customs, the carrier charges us a product return fee which the buyer will also be responsible for. Any customs fees will be additional. For "Regular Mail International", the delivery takes up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. For customers who feel the EMI shipping is too expensive, please try to use this option.
"Regular Mail International" doesn't have a tracking number, so the package cannot be tracked.
Important: "Regular Mail International" doesn't cover any insurance on the package. Our company is not responsible for any loss or damages on the packages.
For all the international packages, If we get the product back, we will give you a refund for the product but not the shipping. If it is destroyed, we will not be able to offer any type of refund. We hope you will understand that this is only fair.
