Why is it that Kirkland Mature only containd D3 and does not include the important vitamin D which is known to be important and is included in most all mature multies.

I'm wondering if the Mature Multi have fish or not. It says yes on my bottle, but not on the info here? My husband is allergic to fish. He's taking the Daily Multi for now, but I'd rather have us both on the same one. The doctor said for us to take the Centrum Silver or equivalent. No complaints about the size.

I was happy to find a multivitamin that contained so much of each nutrient, and yet, keep the size reasonably tolerable. The tapered ends make it easier to swallow. I gave it a four b/c I do not yet know the quality or efficacy of this product. There is no funny after taste when you belch.

Surprised to find the Vitamin E is a synthetic DL Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate.

I have to agree with the previous review - Why are they so large.

My other question is; WHY on a mature multi vitamin bottle Do You NEED to add the SAFTY CAP????? I just spend ten minutes destroying the damm thing just to make it easier for me to open the bottle. (I desroyed the top safty half). I mean really, I am old enough to NOT need a safty cap. I have always disliked the caps & again, when do individuals start taking responsibility for keeping medicine out of the reach of children.

Today I got your multi vitamin for seniors lodged in my throat for the last time. I have had difficulty with them for some time but continued to take them with a large mouthful of water. I have ofter wondered why you make them so large and with sharp angles to the edges. Why not smooth them down somewhat. I'm sure lots of other customers have difficulty swallowing them also. It's not rocket science you know!
