I am surprised it works so good as it does. I'm very impressed.
I take Half a tablet, to avoid feeling too sleepy the rest of the next day.

While the product works great the new blister card packaging leaves much to be desired. I found that the paper covering doesn't peel off evenly and I have to get a sharp instrument to open it up just to get at the pill. I preferred it when they were in the bottle, it was much easier.

The pill is very effective for sleep, however in my case it left me feeling groggy and sleepy for at least 8 hours after I woke up. I was unable to drive my car. I cut the pill in half and still woke very groggy and lethargic for most of the next day. It is unbelievable that an over the counter pill can be so potent.

I love Kirkland Sleep Aid but I cut the tablet in half & I ensure that I can sleep in the next morning because it is so effective. I have never had any bad side effects or felt any kind of addiction. I don't take them often but if I am nervous about something like an early mtg or driving a long distance the next day, I sleep very soundly & yet can get up in the night to go to the washroom or deal with whatever comes up & then fall back asleep easily.
