LadyGrace is an herbal blend formulated as an alternative to hormone support. It contains several natural herbs that were traditionally used to enhance overall health for women and to help relieve premenstrual and/or menopausal symptoms. In particular, Black Cohosh is attributed to benefit menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes and mood swings. Dong Quai Extract (12:1) 100 mg
Burdock Root Extract (4:1) 100 mg
Safflower Powder 50 mg
Soy Isoflavones 20 mg
Spine Date Seed Extract (5:1) 50 mg
Bupleurum Root Powder 80 mg

This product is free of preservatives, colour, flavour, sugar, starch, wheat, yeast or milk products.
Directions:
For adults, take 2 capsules two times daily prior to meals.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; and before use if you are currently on hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
