Natural bristle brushes are especially useful for people who require soft-bristled brushes to avoid damaging tooth enamel or sensitive gums. The bristles are carefully harvested from a special breed of boar using a process similar to sheering sheep. The boar are extremely well cared for and the bristles are sheered repeatedly during their lifetimes.
The Fuchs Medoral Series of toothbrushes features a special handle shape designed by European dentists. This carefully tapered handle makes it very easy to reach all the corners of the mouth for the ultimate in dental hygiene. In addition, the Medoral Series features a tapered diagonal bristle field for 'dual action' teeth cleaning: the shorter bristles appear at the front of the brush to reach the back corners more easily, while the longer bristles at the back of the brush clean the surfaces more fully.
The Medoral Series toothbrushes have larger bristle fields than most other toothbrushes, providing more bristles for increased cleaning action. While the Medoral brushes cost a little more than the standard Fuchs toothbrush, they remain very competitively priced while still providing superior bristle count and the last word in design.
The Medoral Duo Plus, available in both natural and nylon bristle varieties, provides the ultimate in teeth-cleaning action. Along with the superior handle shape of the Medoral Series brush and the diagonal bristle field with the larger bristle pattern, the Medoral Duo plus goes one step further; these toothbrushes feature two types of bristles ¨C a softer, longer outer bristle field that provides effective cleansing action while massaging the gums and attacking the build-up that tends to accumulate at the gum line, as well as a medium, shorter inner bristle field designed to remove the tougher build-up that accumulates on the tooth surfaces.
