I came home from vacation with serious E-Coli, which I picked up in Mexico. Their doctors are marvelous. My Primary physician insisted I take 1500 milgrs of Vit. C with ros hips... That was 5 years ago and I continue to take the same amout of Vit. C. I feel great and My skin is gorgeous. Thanks BCR
