Suggestions for Use:
Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 2 capsules 4 times daily to address symptoms. Children 6-11 years - Take 1 capsule 4 times daily to address symptoms.
For ongoing daily symptom maintenance: Take 2 to 4 capsules daily.
For air, land, or sea travel: Take 2 capsules 4 times a day, starting on the day before travel and continuing through the entire period of travel.
