Directions:
As a dietary supplement, take three Super Collagen+C tablets twice daily on an empty stomach for maximum absorption. May be taken with other vitamins.
Dosage can be increased if desired, there are no known side effects. Studies have used upwards of 10-14g a day. Typical increase is 10-12 tablets a day or 2 scoops a day.

I have used this product for one week, after getting a sample at Costcos. Almost right away, I noted marked reduction in a 10 year chronic knee/ muscle pain from a deteriorated VMO muscle post knee meniscus surgery and also back pain from bulging discs. I am a regisered nurse who has no vested interest in the company. I have no idea how this works, if it is the amino acids or the collagen, but it help me!

I have used this product for three weeks. I have always had severe eczema and even with the medications that I take, the skin on my fingers have always been cracked and rough. Sometimes they would crack so badly they would bleed and I would have to wear bandages. After about two weeks of using this product my fingers began to heal. They are no longer sore and cracked and the color is even coming back. It has been years since my skin has looked this good! Also, my hair is stronger than ever!
