Suggested Use:
Adult dosage: 2-6 tsp. daily (1-3 servings). Child's dosage: (4yrs. and older): 1 tsp. daily. Can be taken straight or mixed into beverages, yogurt, oatmeal, ice cream or dressings. Refrigerate for quality. Shake well.
