Directions for Use:
Recommended dosage is one pill with 8 ounces of water 20 minutes before breakfast and one pill with 8 ounces of water 20 minutes before lunch or in the early afternoon. It is recommended that Phentramin-D be used in conjunction with proper nutrition habits and an exercise program.
Do not increase your dose or take it more frequently than recommended. Because this product could cause sleeplessness, avoid taking a dose late in the day. Do not take Phentramin-D if you have a known medical condition including high blood pressure, diabetes, any cardiovascular disorder, heart disease, hyperthyroidism, or are taking prescription medication. This product contains a stimulant. Use with caution if you are sensitive to caffeine. Do not exceed more than 4 tablets in a 24 hour period.

I am so disappointed...this stuff is expensive..so you expect it to work...I've been taking it for 2 weeks....and have not lost a pound....it does not decrease my appetite...

I get this product yesterday i took it this morning and thought i was can i get the best workout and the only thing i fell was sleeping no energy and sick that's the worse.

I started phentramin-d yesterday. I am already down 2 pounds. I couldn't believe it.I really dont understand how people say it doesnt work for them. but beware it is possible it could be fake. I am pleased so far and super excited to get the weight off in time for the summer!!! I feel a lot of energy. and I feel no hunger at all !!

i literally just got mine in from ups and it looks soo fake, so i decided to research more on it (after paying 85 $ ,stupid of me) and i get half assed result, 50 ssays it works 50 says it doesnt. ughh well wish me luck.

I have been taking phentramin-d for two weeks and have lost 7.5 lbs as of today! My energy is up and my appetite is down and I have struggled with dieting all my life. I am so excited to be able to make a difference in my health as already I am moving more and I can see the difference in my eating and choices as it helps! I am not sure why some people say it doesn't work........it is working for me!

Started today and certainly have noticed a dramatic change in my appetite and energy level.
My appetite for he first time in years is truly surpressed and my energy level is better then it has been for a long time. I am concerned about the sleeplessness possibility. But the appetite control so far appears to be incredible. I would reccomend this product, but be certain you study the side effects and are prepared for a change in energy.

I taken these pills a few years ago and I love it! I dont get shakes but I did get cotton mouth, but seeing the weight come off is all worth it. I recommend this to anyone!

This product is a waste of money. I needed to lose 20 pounds. I took it for 2 weeks..didn't do a thing! Not even curb my appetite or give me energy. Don't waste your money!!

I just received my order last week (July 2010) and I lost 6lb the first week... I have been takng PHENTERMINE 37.5 for over 10 years for about 2 months in each year to keep my weight down.. I am in England and find it hard to get the prescription and the price is getting out=rageous. I was reluctant to try Phentramin-d, however, I am thrilled with the results, and love that I don't have the bad side effects like the shaking hands, loss of sleep, and gagging dry mouth! THANK YOU!!!
