Suggested Use:
Shelled Hemp Seeds are soft in texture and pair well with fruit, baked goods, smoothies and cereal. Sprinkle 2-4 tablespoons with bananas, apples, blueberries, or any other fruit. Sprinkle on yogurt for a delicious and nutritious meal, or even on toast with almond or peanut butter.
Blend 2-4 tablespoons of Hemp Seeds into your favorite protein drink or smoothie or the ante of your green blends even more. Mix them into oatmeal, granola, or hot cereal.
