Wipe the face with a cotton pad soaked with Restorative Toner between every step, example: Cleanse, rinse and tone; Peel, rinse and tone; Scrub, rinse and tone; Mask, rinse and tone, etc. After the final tone a day or night cream is applied.
Restorative Toner is a fresh Arctic seaweed and vitamin toner with extracts of calendula and elderflower.
