Directions:
Mix 1 scoop of 3XT Pump all-in-one preworkout with 8-10 oz of water 30 minutes before training. Start with 1/2 scoop to assess tolerance before moving on to a full scoop.
Warnings: Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occassionally, rapid heartbeat. Not recommended for use by persons under the age of 18. One serving of 3XT Pump all-in-one pre-workout provides 400mg of caffeine which is less than 3 cups of coffee.
