Zinc Food Complex is a whole-food fermented source of Zinc that can support healthy immune function and skin health. It also includes a blend of complementary vegetables and herbs including organic Eleuthero, organic Astragalus, and Elderberry. It's gentle enough that you can even take it on an empty stomach.
